At Tommy Thumbs we pride ourselves on the care & support that we offer all our children. For over 20 years, we have been guided by a volunteer committee, run by parents, carers & professionals from the local area. We aim always to make our setting genuinely accessible to all children & their families. We encourage and support all of our children to explore, discover and learn in their own individual way, which helps to develop independent learners and thinkers, and prepares them for their next steps.

Tommy Thumbs at Cledford pledges to deliver a fun and stimulating atmosphere for every child, to help encourage every potential friendship and to celebrate the unique and individual characteristics of all the children under our care. To do this, we follow The Early Years Foundation Stage development model, which ensures that our children benefit from a holistic learning environment.
